Abi has extensive leadership and project management experience in both private and third sector organisations. She began her career in private equity and real estatement investment and worked internationally in Switzerland and the Middle East. During her On Purpose year she worked in the Strategy Team of the National Citizen Service and focused on measuring their social impact. Most recently she has been working with NEL Healthcare Consulting where she has provided programme management to the London Health Commission and led on various strategic mental health projects including a transformational change project in East London, several innovative outcomes based commissioning projects and a national analysis of the state of CAMHS transformation. She holds a Masters in Medical Ethics and Law and is an On Purpose Fellow.
