Caroline has a broad range of project management, problem-solving and leadership experience across the private and social sector. She started her career as a lawyer in London, where she worked on Commercial Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial matters. Whilst there, she was granted a Pro Bono Fellowship during which she worked as a Mediator for the Ghanaian Governmental Legal Aid Scheme in Accra.
After five years in law, Caroline transitioned to the social sector and since then, her work has included collaborating with the CEO of ECT Charity on various strategic and development projects, and has advised the organisation on measuring and communicating their social impact. Caroline has also advised Ben & Jerry’s on the strategy and execution of their Social Mission across Europe.
Caroline holds an MA from the University of Oxford in Biological Sciences, is an On Purpose Fellow, and has taken postgraduate courses in Business and Sustainability at UCLA.
