Nathalie brings 8 years of experience in both private and non-profit sectors, with expertise in strategy, research, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Projects span across the UK, USA, Philippines as well as Europe and West Africa.
She began her career at Standard Chartered Bank as an International Graduate, then founded and scaled her own company in the Philippines, working with women from underserved communities. She drove the company to achieve profitability in five months and expand distribution across nine retail stores in the first six months.
More recently, Nathalie worked with a New York-based non-profit to set up their social venture, developing the strategy and business model, and project managing the implementation of the pilot. In the UK, she led the design and delivery of Ben & Jerry’s climate justice campaign across Europe, and developed a pilot project for the Royal Voluntary Service.
Nathalie holds an MSC in International Development and a certificate in Social Enterprise Management, and is a Fellow of the On Purpose leadership programme.
