Nadia Laabs is a systems strategist, ecosystem builder and programme designer working at the intersection of social innovation, entrepreneurship and regenerative place-based development.
She has worked across the UK and Europe for over 13 years strengthening impact ecosystems, with a particular focus on peripheral and remote regions. She has designed and led incubators, capacity-building programmes and multi-stakeholder co-creation processes, including the Madeira Impact Collective, and has supported ventures and institutions through human-centred design, strategy and business planning.
She leads strategy, programme design and facilitation, and also serves as interim COO roles. Previously, she co-founded and scaled SafetyNet Technologies and held innovation roles at Procter & Gamble.
Nadia holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and brings together grassroots ecosystem development with operational leadership to build infrastructures for lasting impact.
