Nicky brings 10 years’ experience in sales, project management and operations across the private sector. Her transition to work in the impact space included working with a UK-wide charity, Frontline, on an internal communications project and with Zinc VC, an impact-driven startup incubator, to design and build a new programme.
Entrepreneurially-minded and with a focus on shaping and scaling smaller ventures & social enterprises, she applies her abilities on turning strategic visions into delivering exciting and impactful projects. Most recently, Nicky has been working on the launch of the Beyond programme to support nonprofits to boost their digital and design skills.
Nicky also mentors early-stage founders to encourage embedding circular practices in their business models and to help scale their reach.
Nicky holds a BA in French & Spanish, is an On Purpose Fellow and co-founder of Actionable, which was set up to encourage social and environmental action.
