Expertise: bringing teams and partners together to identify problems and create solutions and increase the effectiveness of projects and teams. Aurelie is passionate about unlocking organisations’ potential and increasing opportunities for individuals, especially women and girls.
Aurélie spent 3 years in India, and 2 years in Uganda, leading a local social business using passion fruit farming as a vehicle for young rural women empowerment. In particular, she co-developed and implemented the organization’s strategy, and coordinated the first independent program evaluation of the organization. In addition, Aurélie has organized collaborative strategy design workshops with organization leaders in Germany, the United Kingdom and Canada. She’s also been the Project Director of complex multi-countries programmes, spreading across several partner organisations, continents and time zones. She has acquired technical expertise in strategy design, human-centred-design, and participative methods.
Aurélie has always worked with multicultural teams, giving her the ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and organizations. She masters the techniques of design thinking and human-centred design. Aurelie holds a Master’s in Management from Toulouse Business School and is Fluent in English, French and Spanish.
