Expertise: bringing teams and partners together to identify problems and create solutions, and to increase the effectiveness of projects and people.
Aurélie brings over a decade of work in the impact sector, from leading grassroots organisations in India and Uganda, to managing complex donor-funded multi-country programmes, spreading across several partner organisations, continents and time zones. As a consultant, she particularly enjoys working with social entrepreneurs to help them and their team to come together, identify problems and create solutions that increase the effectiveness of projects and teams. She has organised collaborative strategy design workshops with organisation leaders in Germany, the UK and Canada, hosted social enterprises hackathons with students, and has acquired direct expertise in strategy design, human-centred-design, and participative methods.
Aurelie is passionate about increasing opportunities for individuals, especially women and girls. She has always worked with multicultural teams, giving her the ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and organisations. She masters the techniques of design thinking and human-centred design. She holds a Master’s in Management from Toulouse Business School and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
