Maya is a learning designer, facilitator, and systems‑change practitioner with over a decade of experience creating programmes that help people grow, collaborate, and transform the systems they work within. Her work bridges inner development, social impact, and organisational learning — always with an emphasis on relationships, reflection, and practical pathways for change. She leads with warmth, clarity, and a deep commitment to designing experiences that feel human, spacious, and purposeful.
She has an BA in Physiology from Oxford University, an MA in International Development from George Washington University, and a PGCE in Maths Education from Goldsmiths. Maya is also a Fellow of the On Purpose leadership programme.
